Buying our products outright allows you to use the software perpetually for a one off fee. This is a popular option for charities and CICs who may be purchasing software using a grant.

All minor version updates are free. When new major versions are released an upgrade will be offered at a susbtantial discount.

Rent

Renting our software entitles you to:

• Spread the cost with a small outlay followed by regular monthly payments.
• Receive free minor updates and major version upgrades so you are always up-to-date.
• Quit at any time with just one month's notice period (you simply pay montly in advance).
• No sudden price hikes (the price you pay at the start of your rental will only rise in line with inflation plus 2%).
