Palace Stock Tracker 5 Supported Hardware

The following barcode products are recommended and have been tested with Palace Stock Tracker.
Other products may work but we cannot guarantee they will and we cannot support them.

We do not supply or install hardware or consumables. You must refer to your IT department or existing support company to install new hardware.

Label Printers

Zebra label printers that support EPL2 and 203dpi are supported (e.g. GK420D or ZD421D Label Printer 203 dpi).

Please ensure that you order printers with the correct connectivity for your PC/network hardware.

Receipt Printers

All UK Epson TM-T20 and Epson TM-T88V series are supported.

Please ensure that you order printers with the correct connectivity for your PC/network hardware. If buying cash drawers ensure that connector voltage and voltage is correct (normally RJ11 12V).

A4 Printers and scanners (for drop sheets etc)

Palace IT officially supports the following low cost printers which have been tested with Stock Tracker:

MFC-L8690CDW Wireless Colour Laser Printer
This is a large colour laser printer with low toner costs, double sided scanner, network connectivity (ethernet and wifi), double sided printing (note that Stock Tracker does not currently support ADF or double sided scanning).

The scanner is supported for scanning documents/attachments into Stock Tracker.

Brother HL-2250DN mono duplex network printer (discontinued)
This is a mono laser printer (there is no scanner), with network connectivity, double sided printing and a 250 sheet capacity.

Brother HL-7360N mono single sided network printer, scanner and copier (discontinued)
This is a mono laser printer, scanner and copier with network connectivity, and a 250 sheet capacity.

The scanner is supported for scanning documents/attachments into Stock Tracker.

Brother DS-640 portable document scanner
This is a low cost compact single page scanner.

The scanner is supported for scanning documents/attachments into Stock Tracker.

Please note that Stock Tracker does not support scanning from Remote Desktop machines.

Using Other Printers
Even though most other standard printers work with Stock Tracker, we only offer support for the printers listed here.

We cannot always assist with printer specific issues for third-party printers.
