Palace Stock Tracker 4 Home
Palace Stock Tracker stores each item independently allowing the software to track and record each item's status changes.
Each item is assigned a unique number which may be printed to a label (with or without a barcode). An item's number may be used to look up or sell the item. Additionally items with barcodes can be found and sold more quickly using a scanner.
The main interface is split into a number of areas which are displayed down the left-hand side.
The most commonly used areas are Deleveries & Collections, Stock Manager and Sell/Discard Stock.
Items can be added and managed using either the Deliveries & Collections or Stock Manager areas depending on whether collection of the the items is required.
- For items added prior to collection use the Deliveries & Collections section.
- For items added directly to stock use the Stock Manager section.
Items which are to be sold or (in any other way discarded) use the Sell/Discard Stock section, this works very much like an Internet shopping cart for each transation (or batch).
