When the software is first run a new database will be created and issued with a 21 day fully functional licence. If the licence expires you will not be able to add any new documents, all other features including viewing and exporting will not be affected.

We will issue a full licence once the software is purchased, the software will automatically download this licence to all of the clients on your network as soon as it is issued (note that a licence key can be entered manually for offline installations).

If you are upgrading from an earlier version it is always recommended that you back up your data first.
